Turning:

• 9 - CNC Turning Centers. 2-Axis and Multi-Axis turning capacity up to 15" diameter Bar feed capacity up to 3" diameter

Grinding:

• ID / OD Grinding 6" diameter x 18" long
• Surface Grinding 12" x 24"

Inspection:

• Metris CMM capacity of 78" x 47" x 39", equipped with digital 3D laser line scanner
• Virtek Laser QC provides rapid 2D laser inspection

Tool Room:

• Full tool room equipped with manual support equipment suitable for secondary operations, small production runs, tooling design and manufacture.
